October Holiday HSC Study Sessions

Note there are two separate HSC Mathematics Study Sessions programs:

  2. The October School Holiday Study Sessions Program, which parents or teachers can book students into - see below. Please read these instructions CAREFULLY ...

There are two methods of bulk enrolment processes for teachers to use:
Bulk Enrolment Method One (Ext 1): Enrolling multiple students into Mathematics Extension 1.
  • We are using an automatic system for Extension 1 (due to the online modules) that requires each student to be entered and paid for (by credit card) one at a time.
  • Once one student's email is entered, that student will:
    • Automatically become a member of the Extension 1 online modules
    • Automatically be emailed their log in details
    • Automatically be emailed reminders about the online modules.

The following is super important
  • It is critical that the student email addresses are 100% accurate. (Best to copy-paste from an accurate source)
  • If an incorrect student email address is entered, THAT student will NOT receive ANY emails explaining what to do.
  • THEREFORE, you need to tell students to look for the emails ON THE DAY THEY WERE ENROLLED (they might be in SPAM). If they cannot find the email/s they need to email us at [email protected]
  • AGAIN this needs to be done ON THE SAME DAY YOU ENROL THEM (and not 2 weeks later)

Use the credit card payment form on this page
  • Full Name: Enter STUDENT'S First Name and Family Name.
  • Parent/Teacher email: Enter the best school contact person's email (i.e. the teacher)
  • Student email: Must be 100% accurate.
Bulk Enrolment Method Two (Std/Adv): Enrolling multiple students (3-or-more) in bulk into EITHER Mathematics Standard 2 OR Mathematics Advanced.
  • This is a manual system
  • Download our bulk enrolment Excel spreadsheet from here. Save it, complete it and email it to [email protected]
  • We will generate an invoice as per usual.
  • The minimum number for this system is 3 students. If you have less than 3, click the button below (same link as Ext 1) and enrol and pay for each student one at a time.

Have less than 3 students for Standard/Advanced? Then pay for them by credit card - ONE at a time!
If you have less than 3 students for Standard and/or Advanced you can pay for them by credit card (process them one at a time) - you can use the same method we have set up for parents.

Have more than 3 students for Standard/Advanced and want to pay by credit card?
If you have 3-or-more students for Standard and/or Advanced and want to pay for them by credit card (process them one at a time) - AND want to be our new favourite person - we would LOVE you to use Bulk Enrolment Method One. (Standard and Advanced can be enrolled either via Method One or Two.)

Why the Two Bulk Enrolment Methods?
Extension 1 has an online component and therefore requires the automated membership processes that require students to be processed individually.

Therefore, Extension 1 students need to be enrolled one at a time (Method One - credit card).

However, Standard and Advanced students may be enrolled either by Method One (credit card) OR by Method Two (spreadsheet+invoice).
